Overview

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Flashtex. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to any terms provided by Apple through the App Store.

Free Version

Flashtex provides a free version with access to limited app features. Some features may require Flashtex Unlimited.

Flashtex Unlimited

Flashtex Unlimited may be enabled through an auto-renewing subscription or a lifetime purchase. The available options, duration, and price are shown on the purchase screen and confirmed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. If you purchase a subscription during a free trial, any unused portion of the free trial may be forfeited.

Lifetime purchases provide access to the included Flashtex Unlimited features for the lifetime of the app, subject to these terms and App Store policies.

Your Content

You are responsible for the decks, cards, notes, Markdown, LaTeX, handwriting, and other study content you create in Flashtex. You should keep appropriate backups of important study material.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Flashtex, interfere with the app’s operation, attempt to bypass purchase or subscription requirements, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

App Changes

Flashtex may be updated from time to time to add, change, or remove features, fix issues, or maintain compatibility with supported Apple platforms.

Disclaimer

Flashtex is provided as a study tool. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual learning need.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date shown on this page.
